CareConnect is a non-profit organization that offers programs which provide security, comfort and independence for seniors and adults with disabilities.

How We Can Help

Medical Mobility

Escorted rides to your medical appointments.  Please call 3 business days ahead of time for booking.  There is a suggested fare of $2-$4 each way but there is no financial obligation if you are unable to pay.

Carry-Out Caravan Grocery Delivery

We can help you get the groceries you need each week.  Volunteers take your order over the phone, shop and deliver your groceries.  You are responsible for the cost of your groceries, but the service is free of charge.

Fix-It

Our experienced volunteer Fix-It team provides minor home repairs, including grab bar installation, leaky faucet repair, and many other household jobs.  We can also provide you with a free energy conservation kit, which includes items that can lower your energy bills.  As a client you are responsible for the materials, but the service is free of charge.
