CareConnect is pleased to partner with the Corporation for National & Community Service and the AmeriCorps VISTA program. Each year dedicated individuals make a commitment to national service by working with CareConnect to create sustainable solutions in the community.  VISTA positions within CareConnect are for one year, with a second year extension possible.
