Maureen Ewing has been honored to work with CareConnect since 2003. Right after college and while working at a local long-term care facility, she learned that the "greatest classroom is at the feet of an elderly person." This work experience made an indelible mark on her life. She was immediately attracted to CareConnect's mission because of the gift of independence and choice they give to older adults and adults with disabilities. She holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and continues to learn everyday at CareConnect.

Allison Dellwo has worked at CareConnect since 2008, after moving to the area from Oregon. She enjoys working at CareConnect because of all the inspiring clients and volunteers she speaks to each day. In her spare time, Allison likes to travel, spend time with family and her dog, Luna.
 Emily Ditty, Development Director

Emily Ditty joined the CareConnect staff in October of 2005 as the Volunteer Coordinator and is currently the Development Director. Emily has been working in education and the nonprofit sector since 1999. She has lived in many different places in USA, Europe, and Japan. Emily holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis Univeristy. She enjoys oil painting, practicing Japanese and traveling.
 Will Duane, Fix-It and Icebusters Coordinator

Will moved to Boulder from East Montpelier, Vermont to serve as the Fix-It program’s volunteer coordinator through the Americorps VISTA program. He enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and exploring as much of Colorado as possible with his fiancée Victoria. Will loves working at CareConnect and is proud to be a part of an amazing organization serving his new community!
 Marina Fleming, Development Coordinator

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Marina moved to Boulder in June to serve as the 2010-2011 Americorps VISTA Development Coordinator after graduating from the College of Charleston in May. While Marina misses her Atlanta Braves, she's adjusting to mountain time through hiking, running, camping, and exploring the great outdoors.
 Jaclyn Hampson, Communications Manager

Jaclyn moved to Boulder from Chicagoland in June 2009 to join CareConnect. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with degrees in Public Relations and Writing Intensive English. Jaclyn loves skiing, reading, visiting family and hiking with her puppy, Peyton.
 Rachel Ingraham, Transportation Coordinator

Rachel Ingraham comes to Boulder from the East Coast, having received degrees from Harvard University and Houghton College. Her favorite thing about working as Medical Mobility Coordinator is that it allows her to connect with a wide variety of interesting people every day. When not working, she enjoys making and listening to music, exploring Boulder’s trails, plotting and executing art and writing projects, watching documentary films, and learning about any and all subjects, from computers to comparative religion.

Jan began working with CareConnect in August of 1992. Her husband Kirby is semi-retired and she has two grown children and three grandchildren. Jan enjoys going to the University of Colorado football games with her husband and friends to cheer on the Buffs!
 Annette Maxson, Longmont Carry-Out Caravan Coordinator

Annette was first involved with Carry-Out as a volunteer and began as the Coordinator in the fall of 2009. Annette enjoys working with the Carry Out Caravan volunteers each week and is inspired by their dedication to helping others. In her spare time, Annette enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, watching sports and walking her two Labrador retrievers.

Judy Nogg has a Masters in Education from the University of Wisconsin and over ten years of nonprofit management. She is very invested in CareConnect because she wants to be sure that there are good services for older adults when she needs them!

Maggie enjoys working with the nonprofit community. She holds a Masters Degree in English. She defines herself as friend, mother, writer, gardener and volunteer manager. Her favorite color is blue.
 Carolyn Rindels, Boulder & South East County Carry-Out Caravan Coordinator

Carolyn started serving the Carry-Out Caravan program as a volunteer herself, before joining the staff as COC Coordinator. Carolyn holds a B.S. in Applied Design and Technology from Northern Arizona University. She has worked as a Project Coordinator in different sectors for 20+ years. Carolyn is excited to bring these skills to the non-profit sector. Carolyn has lived in Boulder with her husband and their three teenage children for the past 8 years.

A Denver native, Richard has worked in local government and non-profit agencies for over 35 years. He has a B.A. and M.P.A from the University of Colorado. Richard lives in Longmont with his wife Valari where they garden and enjoy family.
