Medical Mobility Transportation Service

Transportation service for ambulatory older adults and people with disabilities to medical appointments within Boulder County. 

• Volunteers use their personal cars to pick you up at your home and can remain at the appointment to take you home after the procedure.
• There is a suggested donation ranging from $2 to $4 each way, depending on the area of service (donations are flexible and based on the client's financial situation).
• Rides are not guaranteed, as service depends on availability of volunteers.
• The more time allowed before the appointment the better (at least three business days in advance).
