When you become a part of Boulder County CareConnect giving community,  your investment helps local seniors and adults with disabilities stay safer and live more independently.

  • $500 provides a low-income senior couple with complete safety net services for one year
  • $250 provides two seniors with Fix-It home services for one year
  • $100 ensures a senior on a fixed income receives groceries from our Carry-Out Caravan service for one year
  • $25 provides a senior with three months of volunteer-escorted Medical Mobility rides for one year

Planned Giving: Create your Legacy
Planned giving is a way to support Boulder County CareConnect (BCCC) through your estate plan or will. Your thoughtful foresight, generosity and commitment will help seniors age with dignity in their own homes. Planned gifts can be made to BCCC in several ways and they are best made with the counsel of a financial or legal advisor. Financial benefits of planned gifts may include a federal income tax charitable deduction and an estate tax deduction.
