Boulder County CareConnect Announces Office Relocation to Gunbarrel

December 12, 2016 – Boulder, Colo. – Boulder County CareConnect (BCCC) announces plans to move its headquarters from Boulder to the Gunbarrel area in January 2017. The new office is located at 6325 Gunpark Drive, #F.

The move is in line with BCCC’s ongoing commitment to invest its resources into high-quality programs that help local elders stay safe and live more independently. “As our senior population grows throughout Boulder County, we receive more requests for services in Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, and Erie,” said Jim Rianoshek, BCCC’s executive director. “Our relocation northeast of Boulder reflects our evolution into a broader, countywide elder services organization.”

The last day BCCC will operate at its current location (2540 Frontier Avenue #109) is January 12, 2017. The organization will close January 13 through 16 (Martin Luther King Day), and will reopen in its new office Tuesday, January 17 at 9:00 a.m.

The new location is conveniently located near the Diagonal Highway and Lookout Road and features plenty of parking. BCCC’s office is on the second floor, easily accessible by elevator.

The new address is: Boulder County CareConnect, 6325 Gunpark Drive #F, Boulder, CO 80301. BCCC’s phone number will stay the same – 303.443.1933.
